Purchase Request, Delivery & Refund Policy
Submitting a purchase request does not charge you and is not a completed payment. It notifies Cobalt 3X administration that you want the selected digital kit, perk, or VIP package.
Orders are tied to the Discord account used to sign in and, when available, the Rust player linked to that Discord account for the Cobalt 3X server. Administration will contact the verified Discord user directly to arrange payment and delivery.
The price shown when the request is submitted is recorded with the order. Available Cobalt store credit may be applied during checkout. Store credit used on a cancelled order is automatically returned; any remaining payment, delivery timing, or external-payment refund arrangement is handled directly between the customer and Cobalt 3X administration.
Kit contents, pricing, cooldowns, VIP benefits and other perks may be adjusted for balance, wipes, gameplay updates or technical limitations. Purchased perks do not grant immunity from server rules, moderation, suspension or bans.
By submitting a request, you confirm that the order information shown is correct and agree to follow all Cobalt 3X server rules.
